Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure all necessary materials are provided
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and employee documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in onboarding or human resources preferred
- Familiarity with HR software and onboarding tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts
- Eligibility to work in the country
