Job Summary

An artificial intelligence company has an open position for a Remote Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Manage vendor and customer contracts and relationships
• Develop and manage budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts
• Manage benefits, including new employees enrollment, annual open enrollment, FSA and HSA claim support and more

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a technology startup environment
• Knowledge of regulations and industry standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
