An artificial intelligence company has an open position for a Remote Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage vendor and customer contracts and relationships
- Develop and manage budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts
- Manage benefits, including new employees enrollment, annual open enrollment, FSA and HSA claim support and more
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a technology startup environment
- Knowledge of regulations and industry standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
