Remote Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Order Processing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and maintaining the electronic order queue
• Vetting orders for errors and upload them to a designated drive
• Checking inventory levels and adjusting orders accordingly

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience in order processing, order entry, or similar role
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to vet orders for errors
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet, and address discrepancies or issues promptly
• Ability to effectively manage your time to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with the Inside Sales Reps, customers, and internal stakeholders
