Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Order Processing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Reviewing and maintaining the electronic order queue
Vetting orders for errors and upload them to a designated drive
Checking inventory levels and adjusting orders accordingly

Qualifications Include:

Previous experience in order processing, order entry, or similar role
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to vet orders for errors
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet, and address discrepancies or issues promptly
Ability to effectively manage your time to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Excellent communication skills to communicate with the Inside Sales Reps, customers, and internal stakeholders
