Remote Outbound Sales Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Residential Outbound Sales Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell relevant services
- Make outbound calls to potential residential customers to present communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proactive approach with the ability to encourage customer commitments
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales are sought
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required
- Preferred candidates will have an Associate's degree or higher
