A healthcare solutions firm has a current position open for a Remote Patient Access Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls a day using a multi-line phone. (75+ calls/day)
  • Scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
  • Reporting complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner

Required Skills:

  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Customer/patient service skills
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
