A business solutions and payment processing software company is seeking a Remote Payment Software Account Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining and supporting assigned client portfolio and relationship
  • Resolving client/partner inquiries in a timely manner
  • Utilizing CRM tool to document all client activity

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of related WEX or Factoring/Over the Road/Transportation industry
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills a
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
  • 2-4 years customer services experience or 6 plus years of customer service experience
