Remote People Analytics Manager
Job Summary
A medical services company is in need of a Remote People Analytics Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead our journey to develop the company’s people analytics strategy and roadmap
- Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests
- Partner closely with the digital experience/business team on reporting needs and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
- Six plus years of consulting or corporate work experience successfully using data and analytics
- Experience working with People/organizational data
- Project management experience
- Experience using HR systems and tools such as Workday, Domo, Tableau, Visier and similar
