Remote Platform Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
A workforce networking and management company is in need of a Remote Platform Implementation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Ensure net new and repeat client - employee onboardings are completed
- Respond to all client questions
- Ensure client deliverables and Service Level Agreements are being completed
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in client account management
- Able to understand and implement client MSAs/SOWs
- Have an in depth understanding of payroll process, including how inputs affect output
- Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office and G suite
- Competencies in international employment and payroll
