Job Summary

A workforce networking and management company is in need of a Remote Platform Implementation Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Ensure net new and repeat client - employee onboardings are completed
• Respond to all client questions
• Ensure client deliverables and Service Level Agreements are being completed

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in client account management
• Able to understand and implement client MSAs/SOWs
• Have an in depth understanding of payroll process, including how inputs affect output
• Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office and G suite
• Competencies in international employment and payroll
