Job Summary
A software solutions company is seeking a Remote Post Merger Integration Lead.
Must be able to:
- Lead post-merger strategy and execution, .create and capture value
- Identify and mitigate risks, and optimize for team alignment and revenue synergies
- Support broader initiatives per new markets, monitor the competitive landscape
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of cumulative experience in post-merger integration, and management consulting per SaaS ecosystem
- Strong attention to detail, project management, and financial modeling skills
- Experience “leading” and “doing” through dynamic situations with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Confident leader with an ability to motivate and influence internal teams to collaborate and achieve business success
- Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in uncertain contexts without oversight
