Remote Risk Operations Team Lead
Job Summary
A publicly traded Internet domain registrar and web hosting company is seeking a Remote Risk Operations Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of Risk Analysts that monitor fraudulent or risky transaction activity and merchant accounts
- Developing, launching, and leading innovative and scalable operational programs, SOPs, and systems
- Leading and improving the performance of day-to-day fraud and risk operations with strategic scheduling
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in merchant credit risk and underwriting
- 4+ years working in the fraud or risk industry
- Experience working with risk and fraud mitigations systems, tools, and strategies
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, mobilize, and lead a diverse 100% remote team
