Job Summary
A cloud-based and mobile SaaS provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Implementation Associate Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 2-8 Implementation Specialists as they onboard their customers
- Serve as a coach and mentor, developing the skills of your team to help them achieve their departmental metrics and career goals
- Conduct weekly check-ins with team members to ensure that onboarding is on track and specialists are performing up to task
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience
- 5 years Customer Service or Sales experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of departmental procedures
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, and G-suite
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Exceptional relationship management skills
