Remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A telehealth company is filling a position for a Remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing prompt and customer-centric end user support across all Salesforce platforms within specified deadlines
- Creating and maintaining system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
- Developing and maintaining sales processes to support CPQ within Salesforce
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce end user support
- Experience working within a project management framework
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
- Ability to manage work across competing deadlines
