Remote Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
An animal health company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Assist the Senior Compensation Manager in administering the organization's total rewards programs
- Perform complicated data analysis, interpret results, and present findings to team
- Support simple to complex compensation projects
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of professional work experience in compensation, previous experience in financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent
- Familiarity with Workday, MarketPay or other pay survey data management tools
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
