Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Insurance Member Enrollment System Optimization Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build team vision and strategy including quarterly vital updates to Senior Leadership
- Develop monitoring controls related to audits and maintain them
- Maintain the principles of process improvement to support the Production team in E&B
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in health insurance, consulting, healthcare, or operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years experience working in payer enrollment, eligibility and billing
- Experience with E&B technology
- Experience with system data flow & system architecture for member data
- Experience driving Senior Leadership decision-making using data
