Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Product Trainer and Course Developer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with product, development, operational SMEs, customers and other internal stakeholders
- Conducting analysis of collaboration to design and develop impactful eLearning strategies and solutions
- Designing adult, learner-centric full and microlearning online courses with animations and knowledge checks
Qualifications for this position include:
- Solid background and understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE
- Content development experience in a Technology organization, preferably SAAS
- Experience measuring training results beyond basic evaluations, and is able to provide specific examples
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publisher, Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate360
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the learning and development field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
