Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Accounting SEC Reporting and Consolidation Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting the governance and execution strategy for the Corporate Finance organization
- Leading and developing a highly engaged team that will best position the organization for success
- Overseeing the research of complex accounting matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing staff
- Expertise in US GAAP and its practical application
- Expertise in SEC reporting rules and regulations
- 10+ years of progressive work experience in an accounting / finance environment
- Extensive knowledge of finance practices, accounting & auditing principles
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
