Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare SEC reporting documents, press releases, and investor presentations
- Assist in managing SEC reporting documents and research technical accounting topics
- Collaborate with legal and Investor Relations teams to ensure compliance and support earnings releases
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university
- CPA and public accounting experience required
- Big 4 accounting firm experience required
- 7-10 years' accounting experience, with SEC reporting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
