Job Summary
A real estate software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of features on time
- Setting and managing team goals and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring that the team follows engineering best practices and maintains high code quality and scalability
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with building and scaling web applications and services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
