Job Summary

A real estate software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and managing a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of features on time
• Setting and managing team goals and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring that the team follows engineering best practices and maintains high code quality and scalability

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with building and scaling web applications and services
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
