Remote Software Services Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Services Operations Analyst .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Detect early signals of at-risk renewals for all product lines, and design processes to address them
- Partner with Marketing and PSO to help implement the communication touch points
- Provide recommendations to PSO on how to increase engagement in order to enable expansions and renewals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to recommend areas for improvement in both delivery rate and efficacy
- Can provide strategic guidance to area leadership teams
- Able to implement and manage the software that facilitates Professional Services Ops activities
