Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Analytics and Reporting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the execution of the talent analytics strategy
  • Managing Talent Reporting & Analytics projects
  • Translating data and insights into meaningful visualizations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business or other related area of study, or equivalent education or relevant experience
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 6 years of work experience in Human Resources to include HR report writing or analytics
  • 1 year of leadership/people management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality
