Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Analytics and Reporting Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the execution of the talent analytics strategy
- Managing Talent Reporting & Analytics projects
- Translating data and insights into meaningful visualizations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business or other related area of study, or equivalent education or relevant experience
- HS diploma or GED
- 6 years of work experience in Human Resources to include HR report writing or analytics
- 1 year of leadership/people management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality
