Solutions Manager, HR Technology
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Manager, HR Technology with expertise in Workday Recruiting and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary authority for Workday configuration within Recruiting & Talent and Performance
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new Workday features and enhancements
- Partner with HR and Talent Management leaders to refine system workflows and analytics aligned with talent strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent HRIS experience
- 3+ years of functional configuration experience in Workday (Recruiting, HCM, and Talent & Performance)
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition AI tools and other talent-related HR technologies
- Workday PRO certification preferred
