Job Summary
An internet support services provider has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with the Head of TAM Services on the development and execution of Global TAM strategy
- Ensuring a world-class service experience by remaining metrics based and solution oriented. Manage, mentor, and coach team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 to 8 years of technical leadership experience
- Experience in managing new and existing TAM offerings for large enterprise customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
