Job Summary
An identity protection technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate visibility into company’s product roadmap
- Provide clients with technical architecture recommendations
- Assist with over-the-shoulder configuration help on features and flows
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years’ enterprise customer facing experience in a Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Support role
- Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies is a must
- Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Experience with Identity Management, Access Management or Federation
- Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
