Job Summary

An identity protection technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate visibility into company’s product roadmap
  • Provide clients with technical architecture recommendations
  • Assist with over-the-shoulder configuration help on features and flows

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years’ enterprise customer facing experience in a Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Support role
  • Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies is a must
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management or Federation
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
