Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide high-level technical support and expertise to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and opportunities, creating proposals and POCs
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to gain a deep understanding of solutions
- Manage customer onboarding and capture feedback to prioritize engineering workflows
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize strategic opportunities with a customer-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills for timely follow-ups with customers
- At least 8 years of experience in front-end engineering
- Familiarity with technologies such as onchain/web3, SQL, or big data is a plus
