Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide high-level technical support and expertise to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities, creating proposals and POCs
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to gain a deep understanding of solutions
  • Manage customer onboarding and capture feedback to prioritize engineering workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize strategic opportunities with a customer-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills for timely follow-ups with customers
  • At least 8 years of experience in front-end engineering
  • Familiarity with technologies such as onchain/web3, SQL, or big data is a plus
