Job Summary

A technology solutions and support company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Banking Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess the customer's product issue or problem
  • Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution or technical support role
  • Able to manage hardware capacity and performance and assess hardware needs
  • Willing to participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills
