A Microsoft technologies consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Technical Consulting Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, supporting and servicing assigned set of accounts with focus on customer retention
- Identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction
- Identifying customer service opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of experience with IT customer account management, IT managed services, or IT project management
- Excellent organizational skills to marshal resources
- Ability to act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ability to facilitate customer transitions from project delivery teams to managed services
- Ability to manage, support and service assigned set of accounts with focus on customer retention
