Job Summary

An information technology services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Accurately assess the customer's product issue or problem
  • Research customer problems/issues
  • Identify and resolve application and service issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel of up to 5% may be required
  • 5 years of onsite/phone customer support or
  • Technical customer support experience within banking or mobile/digital environments
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
