An information technology services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Accurately assess the customer's product issue or problem
- Research customer problems/issues
- Identify and resolve application and service issues
Qualifications Include:
- Travel of up to 5% may be required
- 5 years of onsite/phone customer support or
- Technical customer support experience within banking or mobile/digital environments
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
