Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a position providing technical support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to research and learn more complex skills related to compliance, automation, and log file debugging
  • Experience with content writing for creating self-help articles and tutorials for our customers
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity audits, certifications, and attestations
  • Basic cloud knowledge
