• 2+ years in project management or process improvement, leading complex projects

• Can quickly build expertise, absorb details, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain your findings and recommendations
• Has written clear, detailed, organized proposals, processes, workflows, etc
