Job Summary

A licensed insurance carrier is searching for a person to fill their position for a Underwriting Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Perform renewal notices, exposure updates, and handling billing communications internally and externally
Form and manage existing and ongoing relationships with key internal partners
Facilitate renewal communications to customers, and explainsprocedures to align with company objectives

Skills and Requirements Include:

Possess an A.A. degree or equivalent
3 years’ experience in insurance operations, compliance, underwriting, or commercial insurance
Basic knowledge of the underwriting discipline and compliance requirements
Willingness to learn and open to start-up growth and problem solving
Willingness to obtain insurance license/designation
