Resource Management Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Resource Management to manage staffing and hiring for strategic projects, aligning role requirements with capacity and talent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architects to define staffing needs for large client engagements
- Identify internal candidates and build a pipeline of candidates for roles on client engagements
- Ensure alignment of consultant supply and demand, prioritize staffing assignments, and identify process improvements
Qualifications:
- 5 years of resource management, staffing, sourcing, or recruiting experience in a global professional services organization
- Proven experience managing staffing and hiring for large engagements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of key resource management metrics and experience with PSA tools and CRM applications
- Experience in Salesforce and Financial Force is a plus
