Position Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Engineers team to support pre-sales and sales efforts
• Collaborate with sales, product, services, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment with the customer buyer's journey
• Identify opportunities, qualify customer needs, and develop innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a Sales Engineering team
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and drive business solutions
• Expertise in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and presenting technical solutions that align with customer's business problems
• Strong knowledge of ARCOS products and value propositions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
