Sales First Party Collections Outbound Communications Executive

Job Summary

A financial company is looking for a Sales Executive specializing in First Party Collections/Outbound Communications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual new business and revenue goals through customer relationship development, consultative sales, and negotiation skills
• Prospect and sell outbound communication solutions in the financial services market
• Establish relationships with clients, decision makers, and influencers among TransUnion's existing customers to cross-sell/upsell

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years selling data and analytic solutions in a complex enterprise sales environment
• Experience within and/or knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/call center/collections workflows and systems
• Experience in complex contract/legal negotiations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making, negotiating, and closing business
