Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Acquisition Account Executives in the EMEA territory
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective coaching and performance management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, playbooks, and standards for key activities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive
  • Deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, particularly in HR Tech & international selling
  • Experience in developing frameworks and playbooks for high-performing sales teams
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal
