Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Acquisition Account Executives in the EMEA territory
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies, playbooks, and standards for key activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
- 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive
- Deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, particularly in HR Tech & international selling
- Experience in developing frameworks and playbooks for high-performing sales teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal
