Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point between business functions and customers for order execution and communication
- Lead initiatives to optimize the order management process and enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present performance reports and KPIs to leadership, driving strategic improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science; MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in business improvement projects, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Green or Black Belt certification in process improvement is a plus
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
