Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to guide customers on Salesforce app installation, provide training and support, troubleshoot issues, and relay customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely install and customize Salesforce app for clients
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using the Salesforce application
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the Salesforce application
Required Qualifications:
- Company off-site Summits
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform and strong product knowledge
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder, preferred
- Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to Salesforce app installation
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaboratively within a team environment
