Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Leader to work remotely in the Center for Digital Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products and services
- Facilitate scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and resolve team impediments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and the software development life cycle
- Experience with Agile values and principles
- Demonstrated skills in coaching, facilitation, and negotiation
- Experience in navigating transformation in regulated industries is a plus
