Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events and effective meetings
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to manage product backlogs and delivery schedules
- Identify and resolve impediments, fostering an environment of team self-organization and collaboration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Agile methodologies preferred
- Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
- Proven experience with SDLC, waterfall, and agile methodologies preferred
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, ACP, CSPO, or A-CSM preferred
