Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Scrum Master.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work between IT staff and internal customers/partners for specific projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, progress tracking, change control process, testing, and documentation
- Facilitate sprint planning activities, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to gather feedback and take corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Well-versed with JIRA and Agile Scrum ceremonies
- Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills
- Experience leading teams to self-organization/self-sufficiency
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
