Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master responsible for managing Low Code Platform and other IT development activities at the VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the implementation and deployment of Agile solutions within a technical team
- Coach teams on Agile and DevOps practices to improve project objectives
- Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, manage JIRA board and backlog, and assist with communication and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline, or 15 years of experience
- Experience with diverse IT projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
- Proficient with Jira and GitHub, and current Scrum Master certification(s)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Public Trust
