Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies
• Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of Agile experience preferred
• 5 years of Scrum Master experience
• Agile, Scrum, or project management certification preferred
• Experience working with scaling frameworks like SAFd, LeSS
• Technical background preferred
