Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve impediments and provide coaching to Scrum Teams
• Manage the Product Backlog and facilitate communication between the Scrum Team and stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure Scrum Events are held effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Agile practitioner mindset and understanding of Agile practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
• Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex software implementations
• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals, and executives
