Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Atlassian Tools Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a scrum team while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and enabling self-organization
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence sites, workflows, and dashboards while providing user training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to break down product roadmaps into actionable user stories and assist in Agile practices adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a software development team
- Agile certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrator in Jira and Confluence
- Experience in delivering technical training and Agile coaching/mentoring
