Senior Capability Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Capability Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with IFP Product team members to ensure accurate benefit requirements across states
- Facilitate the management of Product Operations work items and maintain a healthy backlog
- Develop metrics and status reports using Smartsheet and create comprehensive reports on implementation progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in health insurance or managed care
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Experience collaborating across multiple functional areas within a health insurance organization
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of ACA market requirements
