Senior Customer Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer (Mobius).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services for customer implementations of Mobius ECM
- Ensure product implementation methods are supportable, maintainable, and scalable
- Deliver technical presentations and training on products to customers and partners
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of customer-facing experience with Enterprise Content Management systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- High proficiency in configuring and deploying applications in Linux and Windows
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL, DB2)
- Experience deploying cloud server environments and applications, ideally with Kubernetes
