Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Science.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to drive strategic data science initiatives for monetization
- Manage and develop talent by hiring, coaching, and mentoring data science professionals
- Participate in product strategy and design, providing analytics insights and leveraging domain expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in coaching data science managers and senior individual contributors
- Domain knowledge in Ads, Shopping, or other e-Commerce products
- Familiarity with the Pinterest product and its user experiences
- Experience managing hybrid teams is a plus
