Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Operations (NA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the North American loyalty program, collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy and execution
  • Oversee the setup, testing, and fulfillment of loyalty rewards and campaigns while managing the omnichannel member journey
  • Drive the loyalty feature test-and-learn roadmap, gathering insights to improve the program and reduce member friction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant loyalty or product experience, preferably in retail or direct-to-consumer sectors
  • Strong analytical abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional process development
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams
