Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Operations (NA).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the North American loyalty program, collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy and execution
- Oversee the setup, testing, and fulfillment of loyalty rewards and campaigns while managing the omnichannel member journey
- Drive the loyalty feature test-and-learn roadmap, gathering insights to improve the program and reduce member friction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of relevant loyalty or product experience, preferably in retail or direct-to-consumer sectors
- Strong analytical abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in project management and cross-functional process development
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams
