Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Loyalty to lead a new loyalty initiative tailored for the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loyalty program to enhance customer experience
  • Create and maintain a multi-faceted loyalty program to drive customer retention and brand loyalty
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with various teams to evolve the loyalty program based on data insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in loyalty programs
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management
  • 5+ years of experience managing a significant team size (~30+)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
