Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Loyalty to lead a new loyalty initiative tailored for the gaming community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loyalty program to enhance customer experience
- Create and maintain a multi-faceted loyalty program to drive customer retention and brand loyalty
- Manage budgets and collaborate with various teams to evolve the loyalty program based on data insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in loyalty programs
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management
- 5+ years of experience managing a significant team size (~30+)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
