Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
- Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
- Lead or assist in projects aimed at optimizing operations, coordinating efforts with various teams and ensuring project milestones are met
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within the software/technology industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Extensive understanding of call center metrics
