Senior Operations Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to join their Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end maintenance and operations of SaaS solutions, including upgrades and configuration changes
- Provide technical support to enterprise clients regarding product performance and operational issues
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design, deploy, and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Java stack-based enterprise applications
- 5+ years of experience in maintaining commercial off-the-shelf enterprise products
- Proven expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with at least one non-Windows operating system (e.g., Linux)
